The principle of the biennial is simple: each one comes to the meeting with its damned stupidity’s project (indefinied concept) and the necessary tools to carry it out. The projects (performances, happenings, videos...) will be presented during the encounter and have to include the participation of Homer Stephen Wilks’trojandonkey. There is no selection, all the artistic schools and currents are allowed. The king and the Queen of damned stupidity will be elected by all the participants.
